The WISDOM Model
Borne out of a desperate need to find direction in life, the WISDOM Model was created as a set of tools that anyone can inculcate in their lives to help gain clarity, give more of the emotions we want and less of the emotions we dont want.

Mission
These courses of which there are initially six are there to give you the tools to survive some of the most chaotic times we have seen , the mission is to inform, guide and provide valuable skills to master ourselves first and create meaning and purpose

What is the WISDOM Model?
This is not a manual on existence but rather an inclusive approach to inner wellness , based on positive psychology, traditional wisdom and science.
It centres around a six point programme highlighted in the WISDOM acronym:
